1. General Refund Policy
1.1. By entering a competition on GiveawaysZone, operated by Capital Handyman Services Ltd, you agree that all entry fees are non-refundable, except under the circumstances outlined below.

1.2. Refunds will not be issued for:

• Incorrect answers to competition questions.
• Losing entries in any competition.
• Technical errors caused by the entrant's device or internet connection.

2. Cancellations
2.1. If a competition is cancelled by the Promoter for any reason, all participants will be notified via the email address provided during registration.

2.2. In the case of a cancelled competition, entry fees will either:

• Be refunded to the original payment method, or
• Credited towards entry in a future competition, at the Promoter's discretion.

3. Duplicate Entries
3.1. If a participant accidentally submits duplicate entries for the same competition, refunds for the additional entries will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of payment and before the competition closing date.

4. Payment Disputes
4.1. If you believe a payment has been processed in error, you may contact us at info@giveawayszone.co.uk within 7 days of the transaction to request a review.

4.2. Refund requests must include:

• Your full name.
• The email address used during registration.
• Details of the payment in question (date, amount, and method).

4.3. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the Promoter's decision is final.

5. Governing Law
5.1. This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

5.2. Any disputes arising from this Refund Policy will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
